New Homeowners 

New Homeowner Documentation Required
(Dropped off at the office or scanned and email to [email protected])


If you are new homeowner,  you need to fill out the New Homeowners Registration form      and attached the following:

1.Land title (Provided by Lawyer from City of Calgary)
2. Proof of Purchase Letter (in Lieu of Land Title
3. Government Issued Photo Identification with Rocky Ridge Ranch Address (Driver's License or Alberta Identification)


This is required in order for RRRHA to maintain accurate and current databases that our annual invoices and notices are prepared from. Unless advised by a new owner, RRRHA does not know that a property has changed hands.

Frequently Asked Questions

 If I just purchased a new home, but my official land title is delayed and not yet available, can I still get access?
Yes, you can provide us with a Proof of Purchase Document.

I am landlord, how can I give access to my tenants?
If you have tenants living in your Rocky Ridge Home, you will need to transfer your membership privileges to them. Only the homeowner or the tenant can have access to the association's amenities and services - both cannot have access from the same property. The homeowner must transfer their privileges to the tenant in order for the tenant to be able to utilize the facilities and services.
