What your Fees Pay for?
Each year in January, each encumbered property is invoiced for the annual fee of $250.00 + GST (for a total owing of $262.50) that is due on January 31.
The annual fees are put towards the operation of the Homeowners Association which includes but may not be limited to:

- Operation and maintenance of the Homeowners Association
- Year-round upkeep of the Ranch building and amenities (park, wading pool, lake, ice surface, boating equipment)
- Spring/summer planting and maintenance of green spaces (corners, entrances, soccer fields, boulevards, ridge park)
- Snow removal during winter (though impacted by city restrictions this year)
- Member functions and events are held throughout the year at no additional cost (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Fall Festival)
- During peak seasons, the park is staffed for safety and operation
- Discounted member rates on RRRHA programs
- Discounted rental rates on RRRHA facility bookings
