Encumbrance Fees
Each property (land title) in Rocky Ridge has an annual encumbrance fee attached to it by law. This encumbrance is also called the Rocky Ridge Ranch Homeowners Association (RRRHA) fee.
The HOA fee exist as a means to ensure that the community of Rocky Ridge is maintained to a level that helps promote property value and offer added benefits to the members with encumbered homes.
To Pay in Person
Payment can made by debit, cheque, credit or cash (exact amount only) at the Rocky Ridge Ranch Centre, 10709 Rocky Ridge Blvd. NW.
Cheques can be made payable to "Rocky Ridge Ranch Homeowners Association or RRRHA" and can be mailed to the address below or dropped off at the office during business hours at the same address:

To Pay Online or Over the Phone
You can pay the Encumbrance fee online by clicking the "Review and Pay" button on the QuickBooks invoice sent to you. (IVRNET is no longer available for payments).
Alternatively, you can pay by credit over the phone at 403-547-6633.

For Law Offices
To proceed with any Rocky Ridge property sale, please click here to download the Encumbrance Status Request form. Once completed, email the form to [email protected] to receive the current HOA encumbrance status amount necessary for finalizing the property sale contract.
It is mandatory for all law offices to submit the Encumbrance Status Request form to complete the sale of any Rocky Ridge Ranch property.
