The upper level features 1,500 square feet of hardwood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wrap-around deck offering stunning views of the park and mountains. This spacious, elegantly designed room can accommodate up to 72 guests, making it perfect for various events such as intimate weddings, showers, parties, concerts, or group classes.

Lower Hall

The lower level provides a warm and inviting space for intimate gatherings. It can be rented alongside the upper level for additional space. The Lower Hall includes tables and chairs, restrooms, and optional access to a kitchen. With direct access to the park, this space comfortably accommodates up to 35 guests.​​
