Minimum rental rate is 3 hours from 9:00am - 2:00 am and is only in full hours.

Booking Guidelines

• Check  our calendar to see if the dates you're interested in are available. Tentative bookings are labeled as TENTATIVE.
• To book the hall, the renter must review and sign the Facility Rental Policy  , fill out the online booking request form,  or download this file and submit it to [email protected]
• Payment of a damage deposit is required within 48 hours of making a booking. On the same day as the booking, a rental agreement will be sent to you.
• If the damage deposit payment is not received within 2 days (48 hours), the booking will be automatically cancelled without any further notice.
• The damage deposit will be refunded as long as all the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement have been fulfilled.
• The full rental cost must be paid in full 30 calendar days before the event date.
• Failure to comply with the conditions specified in the rental agreement will result in the forfeiture of the renter's damage/security deposit.

​Cancellation of Booking

• The renter must notify us by mail or in person at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the rental date/times. 
• A message left on an answering machine is not sufficient notice of cancellation.
• If a cancellation is made to the Rocky Ridge Ranch Centre Office less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the rental date,​ the full rental charges will be billed.

​*The Renter agrees to adhere to the maximum hall capacity number, as stated on the Occupancy Load Certificate posted in the facility.​*

UPPER HALL​

 The upper level boasts 1500 ft2, hardwood flooring, a full kitchen, and wrap-around deck with a beautiful view of the park and mountains. ​

LOWER HALL

The lower level provides an intimate space for smaller functions, is child proofed, and can be rented in conjunction with the upper level to maximize space. See

LOWER HALL WITH  KITCHEN 

Upholstered chairs and rectangular tables are included. ​
