On Going Programs:
Prime Timers : senior residents gathering every Tuesdays 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Good Food Box Program: brought to by Community Kitchen Program of Calgary, order a nutritious, affordable box of fresh fruits and veggies.
Yoga - offers yoga for 50+ and therapeutic yoga for better back.
Deborah Laxton School of Dance - Classes held include Ballet, Jazz/Hip Hop, Pre School Ballet, Tap Dance , Glee Song and Dance and Pre Pointe/Pointe
Calgary Gojukai Karate - every Wednesday and Friday evenings.
Sportball - Coaches focus on the basic skills common to all sports, like balance, coordination, stamina and timing in a fun, supportive, non-competitive setting that emphasizes teamwork.
