The lower level offers a cozy and welcoming setting for smaller gatherings. It can be rented together with the upper level for extra space. The Lower Hall is furnished with tables and chairs, includes restrooms, and provides direct access to the park. This space comfortably hosts up to 35 guests.​

Cancellation and Booking Guidelines

Booking Guidelines

• Check Availability: View our calendar to see if your preferred dates are open. Tentative bookings are marked as TENTATIVE.
• How to Book: To reserve the hall, renters must first carefully review the Facility Rental Policy, then fill out the order form.
• Payment: Full rental payment is due within 2 days of receiving the rental agreement. You can pay by credit/debit card or cheque.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit must be paid 2 days before the event. A $20 non-refundable fee applies to card payments for the deposit.
• Cancellation Due to Non-Payment: If the damage deposit isn’t received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled automatically without notice.
• Non-Compliance: If the renter fails to follow the rental agreement, the damage/security deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation of Booking

• Cancellation Notice: Renters must inform us of cancellations either in person or by mail at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the rental date and time.
• Insufficient notice: A message left on an answering machine is not sufficient notice of cancellation.
• Cancellation Fee: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total rental fee for all cancellations.
  If the cancellation is made within 14 calendar days of the rental date, the entire rental payment is non-refundable.
