Rocky Ridge Ranch Homeowners Association (RRRHA) is a residential association in NW Calgary, registered under the Alberta Societies Act. An encumbrance on each home secures annual fees for community upkeep under the Land Titles and Property Acts. Since the subdivision’s completion in 2003, RRRHA has managed neighborhood amenities and lands. The volunteer Board of Directors oversees the society, transitioning in 2016 from hands-on administration to a governance model with full-time Operations and Facilities Managers. Homeowners current on fees are “members in good standing,” entitled to attend, vote, and run in general meetings.

To enhance the value and properties of Rocky Ridge Ranch through judicious self-management of all lands, properties and assets and to enhance the programs made available through our Ranch Centre which best serve our community's diversity, providing additional homeowner value and benefit.

Home Alone Course
Help your child gain the confidence and skills to stay safe when home alone. This Canadian Red Cross course teaches youth how to recognize risks, respond to emergencies, practice basic first aid, and make responsible decisions in everyday situations. |
Babysitting Course
Designed for aspiring babysitters, this course equips youth with the knowledge and confidence to care for children safely. Participants will learn essential first aid, leadership, child care techniques, and how to handle emergencies with confidence. |
