Your Role in Snow Clearing
Residents and businesses also play a vital part in maintaining community safety during winter:
- Sidewalks and Walkways: City by-law requires that all sidewalks adjacent to your property be cleared within 24 hours after the snow stops falling.Report Concerns: If you notice uncleared City pathways, report them using the 311 app or by calling 311 directly.
