Important Notice: Your booking is not confirmed until the Rental Fee is received and the rental contract is signed. We can hold your requested date for up to two (2) days. If the payment is not made and the contract is not signed within this period, the booking will be canceled.

How to Read Our Hall Rental Calendar
- All confirmed bookings are displayed on the calendar.
- If a rental request is still pending or awaiting confirmation, the event title will include "Tentative".
- Hall rentals are scheduled with a 1-hour interval between bookings.
- All setup and cleanup activities must be completed within the renter's booked rental time.
- Rentals are not available on statutory holidays. Please select an alternate date when booking.
