Hall Rental Bookings
Can I cook food in the kitchen?
No, our kitchen is included with the Upper Hall rental and is for heating and keeping food warm, only.
No kitchen in the lower hall.
Can I bring in an inflatable bouncy castle?
No, we do not allow inflatables inside the hall and outside the park.
Can I hang decorations?
No decorations may be attached to the ceiling, light fixtures or window blinds.
Decorations can be attached to the walls, doors, or windows ONLY with painter’s tape .
No open flame or sparklers are permitted in the facility except for birthday candles. Battery operated, flameless candles only.
.No confetti, glitter, rice, or birdseed (if found, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file following your event).
Can I bring in Helium Balloons?
No, helium balloon is not permitted in the hall.
Can we bring in alcohol?
Yes! A liquor license needs to be provided. Liability insurance should also be obtained as you assume the safety and responsibility of your guests. The RRRHA will not be responsible.
If we book a room do we have access to the park, splash pool and boat rentals?
No, the rental of a room does not give you access to the rest of the facilities if you are not a member of RRRHA. If you are a member you can access the park using your access card to open the gate for your guest.
Can I bring in live animals?
No, however special arrangements can be made. All requests must be made in writing and Management must pre-approve the request a minimum of two weeks prior to your event date.
Will you set up the tables and chairs up?
No, renter is responsible in setting up the tables and chairs. The table and chairs can be accessed in the storage room. It will be up to you to place them where you would like according to your plan.
What are the sizes of the tables and chairs?
Our roundtable are 5 feet diameter, our rectangle tables are 6'x2.5' long and both measure 30"high.
Do you have plates, cutlery and linens I can use?
No, we don't provide plates, cutlery and linens. It must be provided and supplied by the renter.
Are the washrooms private?
Yes, washrooms are private to your guests during your hall rental.
Can I arrive early / stay late to set-up without being charged for it?
No, set-up and clean-up must be included in your booking rental time.
You may arrive 15minutes early to do the check-in in our office. Duration past your scheduled end time will result in a $25 charge for every 15minutes.
Do I have to clean the hall before we leave?
Yes, you are required to return the rented space to the state it had been in prior to your event.
You are required to put the garbage outside in the garbage bin inside the shed.
