Rocky Ridge Ranch Homeowners’ Association 1135215 Alberta Society o/a Rocky Ridge Ranch Homeowners’ Association (RRRHA) was incorporated under the Societies Act of the Province of Alberta on October 27, 2004.  The RRRHA is a not-for-profit community organization, which operates exclusively for the use of its community members.   The RRRHA is funded through an encumbrance fee ($262.50 annually) that each of the over 2000 homeowners in the Rocky Ridge Ranch area are obligated to pay; and Ranch Centre rentals.  Through this encumbrance fee the RRRHA Board aims to augment the homeowners’ enjoyment, interests, and welfare by enhancing and beautifying the Rocky Ridge Ranch area.

RRRHA Facilities   At the Ranch Centre there are basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball, teatherball, a wading pool, children’s playground equipment and a lake with paddleboats in summer and skating in winter.  The upper level of the Ranch Centre is available for rental for such events as Weddings, Birthday Parties, Meetings and related social activities.  The Ranch Centre overlooks the Rocky Mountains with a spectacular view, 1500 ft2 room, hardwood floors, fireplace, full kitchen, wrap-around deck with a capacity of 70 people at tables and 90 w/out tables.  The lower level at the Ranch Centre is not available for rent.  It is reserved for Ranch Centre programs (see above link) and includes a fireplace, kitchen, and games such as air hockey and foosball.

RRRHA Board Vision The RRRHA Board is guided by a vision to make Rocky Ridge Ranch a safe, beautiful and prosperous community.  This vision addresses the over 2000 homeowners residing in our community.  The RRRHA Board is a group of volunteers who meet monthly to create appropriate policies and plans to implement this vision.

RRRHA Homeowner Value and Services The values and benefit to the homeowners are set out in a carefully crafted and considered plan that is aimed at adding value to our community, its landscape, the buildings owned by the association, the ranch centre including the various programs, sporting facilities and the playgrounds provided to our children.   The RRRHA staff includes four permanent and three seasonal employees.  These employees provide landscape beautification (EXCLUDING city properties like the Boulevards in the Rocky Ridge Ranch Area), building maintenance, snow removal on the RRRHA properties and pathways, pool and lake operations, office administration and homeowner support.

Conclusion The RRRHA Board welcomes input from all homeowners and their assistance in volunteering for initiatives serving the Rocky Ridge Ranch community.  Please contact the Ranch Centre directly or by email at ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ).
