    PARK ACCESS & FUTURE PLANS

The RRRHA Board wants to engage our members and local residents in a conversation regarding access to and the use of the Ranch. We invite you to contact us directly in person or via social media, to let us have your thoughts on RRRHA offering a limited number of paid day passes for non-members.  At this stage we are simply gathering information, and the next step would be to conduct a formal survey.  The Board might then hold a General Meeting at which any proposal would be put to a vote of all the membership. RRRHA is also interested in gauging interest for activities such as a lunchtime book group, or walking group, or bridge or chess club - other suggestions and feedback by members are very welcome!

    LANDSCAPING

RRRHA is still canvassing your views regarding installing benches and planters to replace the collapsing stone planters at the Four Corners. Should these be rebuilt with a seating option? Or would you prefer to see a flower bed with benches instead? Should we offer the option of sponsored seating or memorial benches? Please let us have your views.

    TENNIS COURT UPDATE

We are waiting for geotechnicians to conclude their diagnostic report and supply us with details of the necessary scope of work. RRRHA will then obtain an up-to-date site plan and revised construction estimates. Once the ground can be worked, the first phase will be to dismantle the retaining walls and excavate the areas where new drains are to be installed. The construction phase can then begin to replace the retaining walls and install new drains. When these are complete, the specialist firm can then install the new court surface and markings. RRRHA regrets and inconvenience to members and thanks you for your patience.
